Браслет не плохой но это не мой вариант скорее для молодёжи .Я заказал другие модели .Хотел бы если правильно подобрать браслеты то они будут держать запястье но не данный вариант .Рука у меня часто разводиться сделал набор браслетов с21 по 23см но первый должен сидеть точно по запястью не болтаться и не давить вообщем получается и красиво и для руке легче .Мне лично помогает но данная модель для этого не годится.
